unscheduled maintenance - reboots
On Saturday September 27th, we were notified by our provider that all of their infrastructure would undergo an unscheduled maintenance requiring a restart on Sunday, September 28, at 6am. Our requests to delay, schedule, or self reboot was declined, so we took extra precautionary measures. Engineers ensured all critical systems and customer data were securely backed up prior to the event, and continued to monitor the infrastructure closely throughout the process. At 1:15pm Central time, the reboots were completed, and at 7:00pm all Catalyze services returned to operational status.
Due to an additional outage with statuspage.io (http://metastatuspage.com/incidents/ydnsr7j841cz) we were unable to update our status page with the details until now.
